Crouch earns new award - Houston Chronicle
Andrae Crouch, a legend in the gospel arena, will be receiving the International Worship Institute’s Cherub Award. Andrae Crouch has written many classic gospel songs and is a multiple Grammy award winner. I just recently watched a interview that he gave on Daystar Television and was fascinated by his testimony on his start as a songwriter. He described how his father prayed for him to receive the gift of music and how God miraculously granted his father’s request. His new CD, “Mighty Wind”, is in stores now.
