3. This probably shouldn’t be funny to me, but it is. Juanita Bynum’s estranged husband is self-publishing a book about the physical and emotional abuse he suffered in his relationship with her.

1. The 39th GMA Dove Awards were held April 23rd in Nashville, TN. Gospel music group Trin-i-tee 5:7 won for Urban Album of the Year and for Urban Recorded Song of the Year for “Listen”.
Israel and New Breed won awards for Contemporary Gospel Recorded Song of the Year for “Say So”, and Contemporary Gospel Album of the Year for A Deeper Level. Subject: Breaking Free From Wrong Mindsets
Quick Notes From The Sermon: Pastor Joel said that our own thinking is what keeps us from being our best. Instead of agreeing with what God says about us, we do just the opposite. Pastor Joel admonished everyone to examine their thought life. Have you allowed a stronghold to make you believe you’ve gone as far as you can go? Delete all of the negative thoughts and reprogram your thinking to what God says about you. Make a decision that you are stepping into a new season of divine connections and supernatural opportunities.
Guard your mind and don’t allow negative thoughts in. When thoughts such as “you’re not good enough” come, replace them with positive ones. Substitute thoughts such as:
I’m the apple of God’s eye
There’s nobody like me
I’ve been accepted and approved by God
I can do all things through Christ
God supplies all my needs
God is not mad at me, but madly in love with me
God is opening up supernatural doors for me
God’s plans are for good and not for evil.
Pastor Joel said that we should ask ourselves if we’ve been programmed for mediocrity. He said there is still time for dreams to be fulfilled. You wouldn’t be alive today if God didn’t have things for you to accomplish. You were created to live a blessed life. Until you change your thinking and delete all the negative, you will stay in defeat. Just one inferior thought can keep you off balance and away from your God given destiny. If you don’t have the victory on the inside, you won’t have it on the outside.
