Remember to cover me that i might go in peace,
Remember to keep me lifted that i might go in spirit,
Keep my name on your lips, when you pray remember this:
I need you to cover me.

"Cover Me" by 21:03, Fred Hammond, Smokie Norful & J. Moss is one of my favorite songs. Seems very appropriate during these unsteady times. We all need to cover each other.

Lin. Woods with Urban Network has a great interview with the group which is comprised of Jor’el, Evin, and Torrence.

Lin.: What is your hope for this project?
Torrence: I pray that it’s an inspiration to everyone who hears it, and that it reaches the masses in a day and time when there is a lot of chaos and confusion going on in the world.
Evin: I want it to affect the culture. We need to see Jesus everywhere, in our homes, in schools, media, and music.
Jor‘el: I want it to go PLATINUM!

This is a great song with beautiful lyrics. One song I like for difficult times is Work It Out by Bonafide Praisers.

  2. Chante' says:

THIS IS THE BEST GOSPEL SONG I’VE HEARD SO FAR I LOVE THIS SONG I COULD LISTEN TO THIS ALL DAY

    Hi Chante,

I agree that this is a great song. I feel in love with it when I first heard it.

  4. Andraya says:

When I first heard this song, it made me cry just because its such a testimony to how good our God is and how He always protects us. He never leaves nor forsakes us, and its such a comfort to know that God loves me more than anyone on this earth and that He is a forgiving and merciful God, even when I don’t deserve it.

  5. Ceasar says:

I love this song. It’s very inspiring and uplifting! This is one of the songs that you have to listen to sometimes to be reminded that God will always have your back!
