CeCe Winans To Call Atlanta Home & Will Help Others Become Homeowners
PRNewswire/ — Seven-time Grammy winner and gospel
music sensation CeCe Winans announces Thursday morning, October 2, 2008, at
9:00 a.m., that she is now calling Atlanta–home! Ms. Winans will reside
(on a part-time basis) at "THE LIGHT" at Brookhaven. Equally as important,
Ms. Winans has established a foundation to help others purchase reasonably
priced homes in the beautiful, 17-story high-rise condominium complex. She
will reveal details of her novel approach to "spreading the love", with
first-time home buyers at the Thursday morning news conference at "THE
LIGHT "at Brookhaven. First-time home buyers who qualify can receive down
payment assistance, in the form of foundation grants that WILL NOT HAVE TO
BE REPAID! The Grand Opening celebration will take place Saturday, October
4.
Against the backdrop of a national housing and foreclosure crisis, Ms.
Winans says she decided: "I could help people affected by the housing
downturn by working to provide them with beautiful, affordable homes in a
comfortable, nurturing environment." Ms. Winans wants to share the light of
her goodwill with others, hoping they will be inspired to pass along
