The Princess of Praise and Worship-Maurette Brown-Clark
Gospel Music Artist Says She Does Not Put Time Limits on God

According to an article on Gospel Music Channel, Maurette Brown-Clark said that hearing the words, “Take the time limits off of God”, changed her life. She said that God is showing her that there are no limits to her career and she encourages others to wait on God.
“A lot of people sit down and map out their lives… I’ve never done that,” Brown-Clark reveals. “I didn’t envision where I wanted to be. I just knew that this is what I was called to do, and I hope I’m on track with where he wants me to be, and if that’s okay with Him, then it’s alright with me.”
As to what’s next? Only God really knows. “I should be recording because my current record’s two years old,” she says, “but I think I’m just going to put on the seat belt, jump in the car and let God continue to drive.”
Brown-Clark’s first CD, How I Feel, was released in 1998 and received a Stellar Award for Best New Artist, her second, By His Grace, received two Stellar nominations, and the current album, The Dream, won two Stellar Awards in 2008.
The first video for The Princess of Praise & Worship will be for “It Ain’t Over” (Until God Says It’s Over), from The Dream Album. It will air this Sunday, April 26, 2009 on BET’s Video Gospel. Be sure to check out this new gospel music video!
