Gospel Music Awards Show Announces Nominees for 2010 Show
GospelFlava, the official online media sponsor of The 25th Annual Stellar Awards, has listed the nominees for next years Stellar Awards. They were announced during a press conference today in Nashville. The hosts for the January 16, 2010 show will be Kirk Franklin, Vickie Winans, and Donnie McClurkin. It will be held in Nashville at The Grand Ole Opry.
Congrats to all the gospel music artists nominated! I’m looking forward to the show next year. I will list just some of the categories, but you can see the entire list over at Gospel Flava.
Gospel Fab has some artist and fan reactions to the nominations. I’m wondering too why Coko & James FortuneĀ & FIYA were not nominated.

The youth and members of Pilgrim Baptist Church, Newark, DE are very proud of Alphaus Anderson, Music 2Change U and Pure-In-Heart for being nominated for the 2009 Stellar Awards in the youth category. The title song, “We are Different,” as well as the other songs on the CD are annointed representations for youth to have a venue to be proud of being a Christian in the 21st century. Now, they can also allow their hearts and minds to be saturated with positive affirmations of “whose they are.” This is a great example of when positive lyrics goes into the mind, positive lyrics will come out of the mouth. Win and Be blessed!
Just trying to get and update on announcement of award winners. I love all of kathy’s Taylor’s music. I wonder why she’s not heard more on 92.1 in Houston and if other places get a chance to hear her. God Bless!
