BET sunday bestAnother great show for BET Sunday Best!

The opening for episode five with JJ Hairston and Youthful Praise was all that!! I love their song “After This,” so it was so awesome for me to see them rock it on the Sunday Best stage.

“After This” is such an encouraging song!

We all need the constant reminder that after we are done going through what we’re going through, things are going to be fine because God is in control of it all. If you don’t have this song yet, be sure to click over to Amazon after you read this review and get it. It will bless you!!

I thought all ten contestants were great! When you get this far down in the competition it gets harder and harder because the talent is so good.

I think a guy is winning this year! What do you think? I really loved Ashford’s rendition of The Winans hit song “Millions.” I had to replay that one back several times on the DVR. He really sung that song! Of course, after hearing Ashford I had to make a quick click over to YouTube to hear the original version by The Winans. Ashford just may be our next BET Sunday Best winner!!

I also enjoyed Joshua’s performance of “God Has Not Forgot.” Another smooth performance. When he hit that soaring high note near the end, I was like whoa. I really enjoyed him. I’m looking forward to seeing what he is going to bring next week.

They eliminated two contestants this week-Jeremy Hill and Keith Ball. So now we are down to eight. What did you think about the elimination? Are your favorites still in the competition? Who do you think will win it all?
