The 2012 BET Awards was full of great performances, surprises and lots of long bleeps!! LOL!
I loved the performance of “You Brought The Sunshine” by Yolanda Adams, Amber Bullock, Y’Anna Crawley and Jessica Reedy! I thought the ladies did a great job. Check it out below and let me know what you think.
I also loved the Whitney Houston tribute. Cissy Houston’s heartfelt rendition of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” brought many to tears. Monica’s version of “I Love The Lord” was simply beautiful! I would love to hear a gospel album from her soon.
Yolanda Adams was the winner of the Best Gospel award. In her acceptance speech she advised artists to use the gift that they have responsibly because the younger generation is watching.
