RiZen used to be a four-member group, but now they are a duo made up of sisters Adriann & Aundrea Lewis. The new gospel music CD, Free, is full of the foot-stomping and hand-clapping energy that RiZen is known for. In fact, when I think of them I think of extremely high energy. I remember them on some show singing, shouting, and dancing all over the stage in high heels.

When I posted the gospel video of the gospel song “In The Presence of Royalty” last week it reminded me of how much I like Byron’s style of worship. I’m sure this new CD is just as wonderful. It features appearances from gospel music artists Tye Tribbett, Karen Clark-Sheard, & Marvin Winans.
Yayy, more Christmas gospel music! I love this time of year because I get to pull out my favorite Christmas CD’s and get new ones such as this one. The first-ever Christmas CD from Trin-i-tee 5:7 is a two disc edition with a bonus DVD containing performance videos from their most recent television special at Union Station.
There is something for everyone on this album, including classic Christmas songs ‘Joy To The World, ‘Winter Wonderland and ‘Little Drummer Boy’. Also included is a Jazz inspired rendition of ‘White Christmas’, a soulful remake of Michael Jackson’s ‘Give Love on Christmas Day’ and Contemporary Christian favorites ‘Mary Did You Know’ and ‘Welcome To My World’. There is also a bonus track with Brian Courtney Wilson on Donny Hathaway’s “This Christmas.”
